Because when I started researching Zenfy, I found two very different stories.

On one side, Zenfy presents itself as a remote-career platform designed to help people find opportunities and improve their job-search skills.

I found multiple consumers reporting unexpected or disputed subscription charges.

According to Zenfy’s current website, the service combines:

So this is important:

How Much Does Zenfy Cost Right Now?

This is where I found something especially important.

As of the date of this review, Zenfy’s publicly accessible subscription page advertises:

And Zenfy explicitly labels the current subscription auto-renewable.

That’s approximately 13 billing cycles in a 364-day period, not 12.

At $49.99 per 28 days, remaining subscribed for 13 cycles would total approximately:

$649.87

before any changes in pricing, promotions, taxes, add-ons or other charges.

Does Zenfy Automatically Renew?

Yes.

Zenfy’s own Help Center currently states that subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Zenfy says the same payment method used when subscribing will be charged for the renewal.

That makes understanding the subscription terms BEFORE signing up especially important.

So Why Are People Talking About $10, $75 and $85?

THIS is where my investigation got interesting.

Zenfy’s current public offer that I found is $49.99 every 28 days.

However, multiple consumers describe earlier or different promotional funnels involving an initial payment around $10, followed by substantially larger charges.

That doesn’t necessarily mean every Zenfy customer received the same offer.

Promotions, signup funnels and pricing can change.

But the pattern is significant enough that I believe prospective customers should read the complaints themselves.

Reddit contains lengthy discussions from people researching or claiming to have subscribed to Zenfy.

But here’s something I think is VERY important for a fair review:

Not everybody in the Reddit discussion says the renewal was completely undisclosed.

At least two commenters reported seeing fine print stating that the promotional price would be followed by a $75 charge every 28 days unless canceled.

One commenter specifically said they saw that disclosure BEFORE signing up and therefore decided not to subscribe.

Other users argue that the disclosure was too small or easy to miss.

That’s an important distinction.

And this is another reason I’m not comfortable simply saying:

“Zenfy is a scam.”

That would oversimplify what I found.

At the same time, recent negative reviews include complaints about subscription pricing and charges.

That combination is exactly why I recommend reading BOTH the positive and one-star reviews rather than looking only at the overall star rating.

Its current website also says free users can take the welcome quiz and explore a sample of opportunities, while full job listings require a paid subscription.

Some consumers online have questioned the quality, freshness or origin of listings they encountered.

Those complaints should be treated as user experiences rather than proof that every listing on Zenfy is fake.

If you’re evaluating a listing you find through ANY job aggregator, I recommend doing something very simple:

Does Zenfy Have an Affiliate Program?

I specifically looked for a publicly advertised Zenfy affiliate program while researching this review.

I did not find an official public affiliate signup program on Zenfy’s website.

That does NOT prove that Zenfy has never had private partnerships, creator arrangements or other referral relationships.

It simply means I could not verify a public affiliate program from Zenfy itself at the time of this review.

And because of the consumer complaints surrounding billing, I would personally want those questions resolved before recommending this service to an audience anyway.

How Zenfy Says Cancellation Works

Zenfy’s current Help Center says users can cancel through its Cancellation Bot.

The instructions currently say to:

1. Log in using your email address and confirmation code.
2. Select the cancellation option.
3. Cancel the subscription before the next renewal.

Zenfy says users retain access for the period they’ve already paid for after canceling.

Its public subscription page also says users may cancel auto-renewal through their account settings or contact support.

What If You Want a Refund?

Zenfy’s Help Center currently tells customers requesting a refund to contact support and provide:

• A payment receipt or screenshot
• The payment method used
• The date of the transaction

If you’re disputing a charge, save EVERYTHING.

Screenshots.

Emails.

Cancellation confirmations.

Receipts.

The checkout page.

The terms you were shown.

Those records may be important if you later need to demonstrate what you agreed to or when you canceled.

This is where I think you need to stop thinking about whether Zenfy is simply “legit” and ask a better question:

There are plenty of places to search for remote jobs.

Some employers publish positions directly on their websites.

There are also established job boards with free access.

So if I’m paying hundreds of dollars per year for a career platform, I want to know:

• Are the opportunities substantially better?
• Is the career guidance valuable?
• Is the CV optimization useful?
• Are the listings current?
• Can I verify the jobs independently?
• Is the subscription easy to cancel?
• Do I clearly understand what I’ll be charged and when?

Is Zenfy.ac Legit?

Here’s where I land after researching it.

Zenfy.ac is an active subscription-based remote-career platform with a functioning website, job-search resources, career-development content, subscription management and customer-support infrastructure.

So there is an actual service behind the website.

But that doesn’t erase the consumer complaints.

The repeated reports involving disputed subscription charges are significant enough that I would absolutely want a potential customer to know about them before subscribing.

That’s different from declaring:

“Zenfy is definitely a scam.”

I don’t have evidence to make that blanket claim.

What I DO have is enough documented consumer concern to say:

People searching for remote work can be in a vulnerable position.

Maybe you’ve been unemployed for months.

Maybe you need extra income.
